The Prove integration verifies customer identities using phone-based signals, returning a phone trust score, auto-filling user data, and verifying submitted details. For the environment details you send to Backbase, see Get started.

Supported operations

The Prove connector supports the following operations.

Phone number verification

• Retrieve a trust score for a submitted phone number

​

User data auto-fill

• Retrieval of user personal information (first name, last name, date of birth, SSN number, address, and email address).

User data verification

• Download all documents generated during the IDV process (for example, IDV process reports, face scan video, document scan images).

Events

This connector is synchronous and doesn’t publish or consume events.
